Real estate developer Windsor Realty has completed the acquisition of four office units in its Santacruz commercial tower, near the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), for a total consideration of ₹283 crore. The deal covers 42,340 sq ft carpet area and consolidates the property under single ownership, enhancing operational efficiency and long-term asset management.
The transactions included the purchase of commercial units from corporate entities such as Prism Johnson Ltd, which sold 25,984 sq ft for nearly ₹166 crore, marking the largest component of the acquisition. Prism Johnson’s board had approved the sale on December 18, with stamp duty and registration documents confirming execution through separate agreements on December 19.
Industry consultants noted that the consolidation was a strategic move to simplify the ownership structure of the tower, which had previously been held by multiple entities. The unified control is expected to provide clearer title, streamlined management, and flexibility for future decisions, strengthening Windsor Realty’s position in Mumbai’s prime commercial real estate market.
