His mandate focuses on scaling AI-enabled and digital platforms across the company’s large manufacturing environment, translating strategic vision into agile, lean execution through practical, high-impact use cases.
Alongside his new role at Jindal Steel Ltd., Rishi continues his long-standing association as Director at Deknowledge.net, where he has spent over a decade enabling Agile, Lean, and SAFe® transformations. His career journey spans diverse leadership and technical roles, including Independent Coach & Trainer at iZenBridge Consultancy Private Limited, Technical Director at GOGOindia, Implementation Consultant at NetEconomy, Technical Consultant at Intergraph, and Web Developer at Centaur Media Plc.
