Prior to this elevation, Bountra served as Group Account Director – JLL Work Dynamics and Regional Business Director, where he managed large-scale P&L responsibilities, oversaw portfolios spanning millions of square feet, and guided teams of over 1,000 professionals. His earlier leadership stints at Dell Technologies, foundit, and Marriott International have equipped him with deep expertise in business transformation, client-centric growth, and people leadership.
