Radisson Hotel Group, in partnership with BNW Developments, has signed an agreement to launch Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central and Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central, a landmark hospitality and residential project set to open in 2029. The development marks a significant expansion of Radisson Blu’s footprint in the UAE and positions RAK Central as a future hub for business and lifestyle.
Located within a 3.1 million sq. ft. master development, RAK Central is envisioned as a financial and commercial nucleus for the emirate. The project will integrate retail, residential, and recreational spaces, with direct connectivity to the E11 highway and proximity to Al Marjan Island and Al Hamra Village.
Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments, described the signing as a milestone: “RAK Central is set to become the heartbeat of Ras Al Khaimah, and we are proud to be part of its transformation with a project of this scale.”

The hotel will feature 361 rooms and suites, positioned above retail and cinema offerings, creating a vibrant day‑to‑night environment. Facilities will include five dining outlets, a rooftop terrace and pool bar, meeting and event spaces, a spa and gym, a Business Class lounge, and a kid’s club.
Adjacent to the hotel, Radisson Blu Residences will comprise 222 branded residences, offering residents dedicated services from the hotel and access to shared amenities. This synergy between hospitality and residential living reflects the growing demand for branded residences in the Gulf, where buyers seek homes that combine everyday comfort with the assurance of a trusted hospitality brand.
