Logitech Electronics India has signed a commercial lease worth INR 4 crore for office space at Trade Centre, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), marking its entry into one of Mumbai’s most prestigious business districts.
The acquisition includes Unit No. 407 on the 4th floor, with a carpet area of approximately 2,010 sq. ft.. The lease agreement carries a five-year lock-in period, a 5% annual escalation, and a monthly rent of INR 6.03 lakh, backed by a security deposit of INR 81 lakh.
The transaction was facilitated by Narains Corporate in partnership with Volney, a real estate advisory and investor network founded by Rohan Sheth. Volney has previously brokered marquee deals, including SpaceX-Starlink’s office lease at Kanakia Boomerang, Chandivali, and Saif Ali Khan’s commercial purchase at Kanakia Wallstreet, Andheri East.
Trade Centre at BKC, developed by Wadhwa Developers, is known for its glass-clad architecture, double-level basement parking, and premium amenities. The location offers seamless connectivity to major roadways, rail links, and both domestic and international airports. Prominent tenants include GIA, VFS Global UK Visa Office, Dezerv, TCG Capital Advisor, Indusion, SMIF Capital, and Banyan Tree Finance.
Commenting on the deal, Rohan Sheth said:
“Bandra Kurla Complex continues to set the benchmark as Mumbai’s premier commercial destination, attracting global and domestic brands with its accessibility and vibrant ecosystem.”
Mumbai’s commercial real estate market remains resilient, with high-profile transactions by SpaceX-Starlink, Saif Ali Khan, and now Logitech Electronics India reinforcing confidence in the city’s role as India’s financial and corporate capital.
