International Real Estate Partners (IREP), a global integrated facility and real estate management company operating in 70+ countries, has announced a strategic collaboration with India Accelerator to launch IREPworkspaces (IWS) — a PropTech-led managed office workspace operator designed for India’s fast-growing enterprise and startup ecosystem.
Backed by an investment of ₹100 crore, the venture aims to roll out 12–15 centres over the next 18 months, adding up to 15,000 seats across key NCR micro-markets including Golf Course Extension Road, Udyog Vihar, and Noida Expressway.
IREPworkspaces has already signed 1.5 lakh sq. ft. and plans to acquire an additional 7–8 lakh sq. ft., strengthening its footprint across India’s most active commercial corridors. The collaboration combines IREP’s global expertise in operations, engineering, and facilities management with India Accelerator’s access to high-growth startups, mid-market firms, and large enterprises.
Kenneth McCrae, Chairman & CEO, IREP, said: “With IREPworkspaces, we are bringing global operational standards, technology, and sustainability to India. Together with India Accelerator, we aim to create environments where businesses thrive — not just operate.”
Ashish Bhatia, Founder, India Accelerator, added: “This collaboration strengthens our mission of enabling companies with ecosystems that accelerate growth. IREPworkspaces brings global-quality facility infrastructure that India’s enterprises and startups truly deserve.”
Leading the India expansion is Prashant Garg, appointed as Country Head, IREPworkspaces. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, flexible workspaces, and corporate leasing, he will oversee strategic growth, operational scale-up, and market positioning for the brand in India.
IREPworkspaces is powered by IREPort, IREP’s proprietary facilities management technology platform, enabling real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, energy optimisation, and ESG-aligned reporting. Each workspace integrates engineering-led operations, customised layouts, high-efficiency systems, and hospitality-style service delivery — helping occupiers reduce complexity while improving utilisation and long-term cost efficiency.
With this launch, IREP deepens its presence in India as part of its broader Asia–Middle East growth strategy, positioning IREPworkspaces as a differentiated, technology-first player in India’s managed office ecosystem.
