Elan Group has awarded a Rs 840 crore construction contract to Tata Projects for its flagship ultra-luxury residential development, Elan The Statement, located in Sector 49, Gurugram. The partnership underscores Elan’s commitment to quality, reliability, and long-term value creation, while reflecting Tata Projects’ legacy of engineering excellence.
The announcement follows an overwhelming market response, highlighting strong demand for design-led luxury residences in Gurugram’s premium micro-markets. With a planned investment of Rs 1,600 crore, Elan The Statement spans nearly 6 acres and comprises five elegantly designed towers offering ultra-spacious residences ranging from 4,285 sq. ft. to 7,270 sq. ft.
Each residence features a two-homes-per-core configuration, private lift lobbies, refined interiors, and a strong emphasis on privacy and exclusivity. Designed by Benoy, London, the project’s striking metal-and-glass façade sets a new architectural benchmark in the region.
