Ritika Sajdeh, sports manager and wife of Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma, has acquired a luxury apartment in Ahuja Towers, Prabhadevi for ₹26.30 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website.
The apartment features a carpet area of 2,760 sq. ft. and comes with three car parking spaces. The transaction included a stamp duty payment of ₹1.31 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000.
