Colliers has announced the expanded leadership role of Kishore Veeraghattam, who will now serve as Managing Director – Chennai, in addition to his ongoing responsibilities as Managing Director – Hyderabad. In this dual mandate, Kishore will steer business strategy, accelerate growth initiatives, and strengthen client relationships across two of South India’s most important commercial real estate markets.
With over seven years at Colliers, Kishore has built a strong track record of leadership and market expansion. He most recently led the Hyderabad business after serving as Senior Executive Director, driving growth and reinforcing Colliers’ market position in the region.
His earlier experience at JLL, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited has equipped him with deep expertise in commercial leasing and corporate real estate solutions, making him well-positioned to lead Colliers’ growth agenda across both cities.
This expanded role underscores Colliers’ confidence in Kishore’s ability to deliver sustained growth, strengthen client partnerships, and reinforce the firm’s leadership in South India’s dynamic real estate markets.
