Dr. Pradhan brings nearly three decades of experience in IT strategy, enterprise modernization, and technology‑led business innovation. His focus at Century Plyboards will be on leveraging technology to enhance operational excellence, strengthen data‑driven decision‑making, and deliver long‑term value through digital initiatives.
Prior to this elevation, Dr. Pradhan served as Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Century Plyboards. He previously spent over seven years as Chief Information Officer at Exide Industries Limited, where he led large‑scale IT modernization and enterprise‑wide digital programs. His earlier career includes heading IT at Mangalam Cement Limited and a long tenure at Exide Industries in progressively senior leadership roles.
