ASK Property Fund, part of the Blackstone‑backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, has announced investments of ₹210 crore in Gami Group’s projects in Navi Mumbai’s key micro markets of CBD Belapur and Ghansoli. This marks ASK’s first major foray into the rapidly growing Navi Mumbai real estate market.
The project at CBD Belapur spans approximately 2 acres and will offer 2‑ and 3‑BHK configurations. Located at the foothill of Parsik Hill, a well‑known landmark in Navi Mumbai, the development is expected to benefit from scenic surroundings and proximity to commercial hubs, physical infrastructure, and social amenities.
The second project is situated in Ghansoli, close to Ghansoli station and Thane Belapur Road. With its strategic location near industrial zones and IT parks, Ghansoli has witnessed significant growth in recent years, making it a promising residential catchment area.
Commenting on the investment, Bhavin Jain, CIO, ASK Property Fund, said: “This investment signifies ASK’s initial entry into Navi Mumbai, which has gained strong momentum due to infrastructure upgrades such as the NMIA and improved connectivity with Mumbai via Atal Setu. CIDCO’s planned land allocations for residential and commercial use, along with enhanced intracity connectivity, have further boosted the market. Both projects represent prime opportunities within established catchments, and our collaboration with Gami Group reflects our commitment to partnering with developers known for quality and timely delivery.”
Ambalal Gami, Founder of Gami Group, added: “This investment marks the beginning of our collaboration with ASK Property Fund. We believe both projects offer attractive configurations and ticket sizes that align with buyer preferences, and we look forward to strengthening this partnership.”
With this investment, ASK Property Fund aims to leverage Navi Mumbai’s infrastructure‑led growth and expanding residential demand, while Gami Group continues to build on its track record of delivering quality developments in the region.
