Arkade Developers Ltd, a listed luxury real estate developer, has announced plans to launch five new residential projects in 2026 across Goregaon, Thane, Borivali, Malad, and Santacruz. Together, these projects are projected to deliver a Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding ₹3,700 crore, reinforcing the company’s strong growth trajectory in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
Since inception, Arkade Developers has delivered 31 projects spanning over 5.5 million sq. ft. of real estate. In FY2024–25 alone, the company handed over more than 650 residential units and secured four Occupation Certificates (OCs) for Arkade Crown, Arkade Aspire, Arkade Prime, and Arkade Aura, underscoring its disciplined execution and timely delivery capabilities.
The sector outlook remains favourable, supported by easing interest rates and improved affordability of home loans. This environment, combined with Arkade’s robust pipeline, positions the company strongly for both homebuyers and long-term investors.
