They discussed about branding in real estate begins with clarity, not campaigns. It starts by defining what you stand for, delivering projects on time, and earning trust through consistent customer experience. A brand is built steadily, through actions that match promises, long before it is recognised through marketing.
Following the tea break, the Realty+ Awards segment commenced with a welcome note and an inaugural address by Dr. Annurag Batra.

The discussion was about how in real estate, branding carries a responsibility to customers, not just visibility. Trust is built when promises are kept, projects are delivered on time, and the customer experience is treated as central, not secondary.
