Which are some of the latest projects by Signature Global in Delhi NCR?
Over the past couple of years, micro markets like Dwarka Expressway, Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), and Sohna have evolved as hotspots of heightened real estate activity and we have several upcoming projects in these focus micro-markets. By strategically investing in Gurugram, we aim to provide residents with premium amenities, sustainable living solutions,. Our vision is to not only cater to the growing housing demand but also contribute to shaping the urban landscape of Gurugram as a city of choice for homebuyers and investors alike.
What have been the company’s latest fund-raising activities and plans for expansion?
To support this expansion, we plan to raise up to Rs875 crore through the issuance of non-convertible debentures, aimed at refinancing existing debt and funding future projects. In line with our growth strategy, we will launch housing projects worth approximately Rs 17,000 crore this fiscal, focusing on our key micro-markets of Dwarka, SPR, and Sohna. With the successful launch of our premium project ‘Cloverdale SPR’ in the first quarter and a strong response from discerning homebuyers, we are confident of achieving our pre-sales target of Rs 12,500 crore for FY26.
How is Signature Global expanding its international reach especially to the NRIs?
Signature Global has enhanced its international outreach to position itself as a trusted choice for overseas investors. Recently, we conducted customer engagement programs across the globe, including in the USA, showcasing our flagship projects such as Cloverdale SPR, Titanium SPR, and Deluxe DXP. These sessions provided NRIs with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings while offering valuable insights into their evolving preferences.
How do you see the current & future Indian real estate roadmap?
Despite global uncertainties, India’s economic fundamentals remain robust. The income tax relief, coupled with lower home loan rates and recent GST rate rationalization, has boosted consumer confidence in the housing sector. With India projected to become the world’s third-largest economy by 2030, the realty sector is poised for sustained growth. This presents an opportunity to cater to evolving homebuyer expectations while contributing to India’s urban and economic growth.
