Nimbus Realty, one of NCR’s leading developers, has unveiled a pioneering initiative at its ultra-luxury residential complex, Nimbus The Arista Luxe, offering homes with indoor air quality (AQI) consistently below 50. This marks the first residential project on the Noida Expressway to deliver mountain-like air indoors, setting new benchmarks for comfort and well-being.
The innovation is powered by an advanced in-residence air system developed by global leader MeVaChi, using hospital-grade filtration. The system, which cost Nimbus nearly ₹10 crore to implement, ensures that air inside each home is not just circulated but renewed, refreshed, and purified to standards approaching those recommended by the WHO.
Sahil Agarwal, CEO of Nimbus Realty, explained: “The idea is simple: the air inside a home should not merely circulate. It should be renewed, refreshed and made as clean as the surroundings people often travel far to enjoy. At the moment, this technology is being offered only at Nimbus The Arista Luxe. Other projects are being studied for possible inclusion.”
Every residence at Arista Luxe receives a steady supply of treated fresh air through multiple stages of filtration, including a HEPA layer similar to those used in medical environments. The system also absorbs gases and odours, reducing pollutants and eliminating impurities from traffic corridors, drains, and landfills. The result is air that feels lighter, cleaner, and fresher — enhancing both health and the sensory experience of living.
By integrating this technology, Nimbus Realty has positioned The Arista Luxe as a landmark in wellness-led luxury housing, combining sustainability, innovation, and lifestyle comfort.
