Deepak brings extensive experience from reputed organizations across the real estate and retail ecosystem, including impactful roles at VIDVEDAA Private Limited, Virtuous Retail, Prestige Construction Ltd., and MERG Ltd. In these positions, he played a key role in driving leasing strategy, forging retail partnerships, and optimizing commercial space utilization.
A graduate of Anna University, Chennai, Deepak has built a strong academic foundation that continues to shape his strategic thinking and leadership excellence.
In his new role at Mantri Developers, he will be responsible for leading retail and commercial leasing initiatives, strengthening developer–tenant relationships, expanding the leasing portfolio, and driving long‑term value creation for the company.
