M3M India has announced the appointment of Vaishnavi Sharma, Femina Miss India Rajasthan 2024, as the Brand Ambassador of Capital Warriors Gurgaon for the upcoming Indian Pickleball League (IPBL). The collaboration underscores M3M India’s commitment to strengthening India’s sports ecosystem and supporting pickleball, one of the fastest-growing sports in the country.
The league will be held at the KD Jadhav Indoor Hall, Indira Gandhi Stadium, New Delhi, from December 1 to 7. Capital Warriors Gurgaon also confirmed Monica Menon as the team’s coach, alongside a strong player roster featuring international names such as Emilia Schmidt, Jack Munro, Danielle Jones, Naimi Mehta, Stavya Bhasin, and Erik Badami.
The franchise is led by General Manager Hercilio Cabieses, a Peruvian national with global experience including roles as a USA Pickleball member. Supporting him is AGM Miranda Cabieses, athlete, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and Co-founder of the Pickleball World Cup.
To mark the announcement, Capital Warriors Gurgaon hosted a meet & greet with Vaishnavi Sharma at the M3M IFC in Gurugram. She joined team owners Dr. Payal Kanodia and Mrs. Aishwarya Bansal of the M3M Family Office for a discussion on pickleball’s growing influence and its future in India.
Expressing her excitement, Vaishnavi Sharma said: “I am honoured to represent a team participating in a league that is shaping India’s sporting future, and I look forward to contributing to this exciting journey.”

Mrs. Aishwarya Bansal emphasized pickleball’s rise as a powerful opportunity to encourage young athletes and strengthen India’s sporting culture. She noted that initiatives like this help build pathways for talent while bringing communities together through sport.
The Indian Pickleball League (IPBL), launched by The Times Group, is India’s official national league for pickleball, sanctioned by the Indian Pickleball Association (IPA) and recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India.
