Gurugram-based developer AIPL has announced the launch of Riviera at AIPL Lake City, Sector 103, Dwarka Expressway. Spread across 5.14 acres, the project carries an estimated revenue potential of ₹1500 crore and marks the first phase of the larger Lake City township.
