Suzlon Group has announced the appointment of Kamesh Chaganti as Head HR – South (India Business). With over two decades of experience across media, technology, and engineering sectors, Chaganti brings deep expertise in strategic HR, talent development, global compensation & benefits, HR business partnering, organizational development, and employment law.
During his 14-year tenure at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, he led major HR initiatives and served as General Manager & Head of Human Resources, strengthening leadership capability and driving workforce excellence. Prior to that, he contributed to global HR operations at Tech Mahindra in the HR Americas division and built foundational HR expertise at Navya Engineers & Equipments.
His diverse leadership journey across Zee Network, MAA (a division of Star India), Tech Mahindra, and Navya Engineers has shaped his ability to design scalable HR strategies, enable high-performance cultures, and support transformational business growth.
In his new role at Suzlon Group, Chaganti will lead HR operations for the South India business, bringing a people-focused approach to support the organization’s continued growth and talent agenda.
