Goregaon East has rapidly evolved into a vibrant urban centre, offering seamless connectivity via the Western Express Highway, JVLR, and Goregaon railway station. Its proximity to commercial hubs like Andheri, Powai, and BKC, along with lifestyle destinations such as Oberoi Mall and Film City, make it a sought-after location. Upcoming infrastructure projects, including the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road, are expected to further enhance its appeal.
Known for her bespoke jewellery designs and elegant craftsmanship, Subhra Sen has long been admired for her creative sensibilities and quiet strength. Her influence on Sushmita Sen’s formative years — encouraging independence, compassion, and resilience — is well acknowledged. This real estate move reflects her ability to blend artistic vision with practical investment choices, securing homes in one of Mumbai’s most promising luxury corridors.
