Spring House Workspaces, one of India’s leading homegrown coworking brands, announced the appointment of Saurabh Kalra as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
With over 23 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, exports, and retail, Kalra brings a diverse background that will help Spring House deepen its presence in the flexible workspace sector and expand into new geographies.
In his new role, Kalra will oversee end‑to‑end operations, drive the expansion of existing centers, and lead operational efficiencies as the company scales its footprint. Spring House currently operates more than 25 centers across Delhi‑NCR, covering over 8 lakh square feet.
Speaking on his appointment, Kalra said: “I am excited about collaborating with the team to create and deliver incredible experiences in working environments while providing businesses that want to build future‑ready office environments with alternative options.”

Prior to joining Spring House, Kalra served as CEO of VNS Accessories and held senior leadership roles with FS Life (FableStreet | Pink Fort), Madhubani Exports, White Rock International, and Indsource International. He also continues as founder of White Rock Consultare, a consultancy he established over 18 years ago.
Kalra holds an AGMP from IIM Ahmedabad, an MBA from JIMS Rohini, a B.Com from Delhi University, and a diploma in Fashion Merchandising & Production Technology from Pearl Academy.
